Trunch village in Norfolk was the setting for a music festival organized by local chiropodist Steven Randall that saw talented bands from across the region gather to raise money for the Big C appeal. The family event was sponsored by a local farmer who offered his field for the occasion. A little bit of eastern promise was provided by Ecini with some exotic Egyptian dancing. The Eceni or Iceni were a Brythonic tribe inhabiting an area of Britain corresponding roughly to the modern-day county of Norfolk between the 1st century BC and 1st century AD. Trunchonbury also featured The Ugly Dog Skiffle Combo and Vocal Chords Choir.
