Breaking News At Amber Models UK
The bland rather starchy profile of the traditional Insurance Company advertisements have been smashed with a bold new advertising Campaign by one of the UK's leading Insurance brokers. Trident Insurance in Ilford, Essex, UK, came up with the saucy idea and approached Norfolk based Amber Models in Cromer to spearhead the project. Cromer photographer, Andreas Yiasimi directed the shots in which Polly Guy and Luis Alonso from Amber Models posed in their birthday suites. Top UK glamour model Polly from Norwich was the first to enter the studio in a photographic audition to determine if she was fit for the role. Her official look equipped with only a pair of glasses passed with flying colours and threw her almost overnight into one of the most controversial Insurance publicity stunts ever attempted. Polly has just entered the modelling arena so the break couldn't have come at a better time. Her looks have already been compared to a young Elizabeth Taylor, once rated as one of the most beautiful women in the world. Cromer based hunk Luis Alonso wooed the girls back at the insurance offices with a selection of alluring poses and booked his place to be the official Trident heartthrob. Spanish born Alonso is no stranger to the game and has landed some interesting parts on Television. Including one of the major Coca Cola adverts when he was over in Spain. When he came to England he couldn't speak English but he's determination shone through to gain him appearances on Top Television series including BBC's Eastenders and The Chief along side Martin Shaw on ITV. Now after a short break he's back! An English Speaking Alonso but with a popular Spanish accent. One of Alonso's ambitions is to do some stunt work so keeping fit is a must. The Trident posters and leaflets show Polly and Alonso against a white background with banners covering up those bits! Hence the slogan 'We are covered by Trident Insurance! Are you?' It was something that was carefully thought out by Trident chief, Robert Marshall and took weeks of hard work and preparation. 'I'm sure that this had been thought of before' explained Andreas Yiasimi at a recent press conference 'But no one had the courage to see it through up until now, It may sound like a simple idea but everything was planned right down to the last detail' This could change Insurance company adverts as we know them and throw Polly and Alonso into the advertising campaign history books.
