Chris Loynes to lead Amber Models hunk selection
The new age English gentleman has arrived
Hotsnapz of London moves in
Amber Models UK are selecting male models for the ultimate hunk attack! The hunk hunt project is in full swing to find the fittest men for a presentation masterminded by Norfolk's leading promotional outfit. Southern heartthrob Chris Loynes is leading an array of desirable men from across the country that will exclusively appear on the Amber Models website.
Amber models have teamed up with top UK photographer, Simon Barnes, who initially discovered Chris and produced some outstanding debut images for him. "I didn't know what to expect" said Andreas Yiasimi of Amber Models "I get lots of phone calls asking for advice and I have to be blunt to be kind usually, I was pleasantly surprised when I received Chris's pictures and I knew immediately I wanted to work with him"
The quality of photographs started a positive chain reaction and permission had to be passed by Simon Barnes of Hotsnapz to use the images. Simon is no stranger to the male model promotion scene and has successfully helped many with his superb photography. "It's all about working together to promote the models" said Andreas "There will be a massive change here very soon, we are more of a publicity promotion outfit, that's the way things have turned out and that's our strong point rather than being an agency with countless faces"
Chris says that he likes working in a mixed style of fashion, physique and artistic nude. “I really enjoy working with photographers to create ideas and themes which reflect my personality” said Chris “I aim to achieve photographs which are both fun to do and good to look at”
The main locations are set in Norfolk incorporated with studio shoots, other models in the lineup include, Chris Owen, Simon Woodland, Chris Dartnell and Spanish favorite Alonso. It seems that the old cliché of the English gentlemen has moved up a gear concerning the men at Amber Models that are set to make an impact with this latest project. Article by ©2009 Dora Chrysanthe
UK Stunner Beckie Jane is Yummy Yamaha Winner Former Miss Norwich, Beckie Jane, has clinched another prestigious title as Miss Yamaha Racing. The Norfolk stunner impressed the Yamaha Racing panel visitors and so snapped up the win together with Kaliegh Fabien. The beauty duo were chosen to represent the Yamaha WSB team on the grid for the 2009 WSB round at Donington. Beckie Jane entered the international glamour arena a couple of years ago when she was sponsered by Andreas Yaisimi of Amber Models UK to enter the Norwich heat of Miss England. Beckie started her inevitable road to popularity after the Miss Norwich win and since has worked with photographers across the country. The Yamaha Racing title was something Beckie always wanted "For the past year I have been addicted to to going to car and bike shows, I can't get enough" siad Beckie "I have always been a fan of Yamaha Racing.com and so I'm thrilled to get this! I was actually shocked to win because I entered only three days before" It's not always been a bed of roses for Beckie and she emphasized how hard it is in the industry "It's ok if you have the openings and an element of luck but I consider myself the typical girl next door type, usually the middle of the road lasses like myself don't get the same opportunity living here so this means a lot to me" Beckie also said that modelling is much harder than people think consisting of sheer determination and stamina to cope with demanding schedules and long hours. The Amber Models camp were delighted with the outcome and put the win down to Beckies self belief and motivation "I deal with some amazing people" explained Mr Yiasimi "I can promote to a certain degree but it is also up to the models initiative to grab an opportunity when they see it, in an age of increasing self promotion i am here to guide and act as publicist to many of the artists I deal with" The Miss Yamaha Racing win is certainly putting North Norfolk on the map and has catapulted Beckie Jane into the National media limelight "I love all the attention" said Beckie "It is essential to keep your feet on the ground though. The main thing is to stay focused on reality in order to move successfully on "Beckie was enthused by how helpful the team at Yamaha Racing were "Everyone was an absolute delight to work with" said Beckie "I felt like one of the family" A resident professional photographer was at hand to snap Beckie in a classic Yamaha Racing umbrella shot with potential super racing heartthrob, Ben Steve.

Cromer Beach Battle Field Location Lambda Films Move In Cliff Top Stunt Drama Twelve actors from Cromer based Amber Models agency stormed onto Norfolk beaches for an action packed show reel presentation. A normally quite Sunday morning was turned into a war zone with scenes mimicking the 1967 blockbuster movie 'The Dirty Dozen' The project was planned over a year ago by Amber Models supremo, Andreas Yiasimi "I have always been a great fan of the movie' said Andreas 'My models and actors are not run of the mill and I knew they would relish something like this" The models were dressed in camouflage gear provided by East Runton's 'Kit Bag' complete with grubby style make up by Paston college student, Eleonor Hicks. "I really enjoyed working on the shoot" said Eleanor "The models gave it all they had so I was determined the make-up didn't look cheesy. Rather than the usual lines across the face I went for dirty water based effect as if they had really been in a war" The original Dirty Dozen had an all star line up including Telly Savalas, Ernest Borgnine, Charles Bronson, Donald Sutherland and Lee Marvin as a group of lags infiltrating a chateau, used as a retreat by top German officers, Just before D-Day, with the aim of overcoming the post against extraordinary odds. There was no let off for the models and they were put through rigorous emotional breaking routines before filming. Andreas was determined to show how good the models were at their job and gave a build up speech at his family's Constantia Cottage Greek restaurant that was used as base. "I thought it would give us some good action to bring the models to life, rather than have bland still profiles," he explained. 'They really got into it and we had real tears as emotions ran high' Just like in the movie some of the actors were from different walks of life rounded for a mission, including a group of four actors calling themselves the 'Norfolk Rat Pack' Andy Callaghan, Who plays villain hard man style parts in some major movies, Jimi James an American actor and a qualified fire arms expert, David Frost a former fireman officer and the unmistakable Johnny Lynch a well known scuba diving instructor. 'This was not just a random collection of actors' said Andreas "It was something that was planned over a period of Months and I knew immediately that I wanted these talented individuals on my books" Peter Pepper, is presently appearing in 'The Full Monty' at The Playhouse in Norwich with The Threshold group and provided some breath taking cliff top stunts. In contrast, Gharib Desuky owns an Egyptian massage shop in Norwich and provided some action scenes. Fashion model Christon Sharpe may have been in uncharted waters had it not been for his army background "I used all the expirience of army training in my performance" said Christon "This certainly created a few flashbacks" The results were captured in movie action by Norwich based Lambda Films. Owners Ryan Stone and Alexander Morris said the company did a mix of corporate and music video work so it was "a bit of a departure which had been fun" There was a heart stopping moment when part of the cliff gave way while filming a stunt and by some miraculous blessing the crew and camera escaped unscathed. The real life escape was captured on camera by production assistant Elsie Yiasimi but the sought after photograph is being held back by Amber Models. This was a far cry from the stereotyped seaside images of bygone days, rolled-up trouser legs and knotted handkerchiefs on the head! Sunday Sport stunner, Polly, was keen to get her brochures out at the official press release by local promotional outfit, Amber Models, she said "I remember visiting Cromer and Sheringham when I was a little girl. The British seaside is something special. It is so important to promote our beautiful region" Polly shot to fame when she posed for a controversial insurance poster covered only by a banner saying - I'm covered by Trident Insurance, are you? A string of National newspaper features followed but her heart has remained in her home city of Norwich Norfolk. "This is a way of giving something back to people that gave me the chance in the first place" said Polly "It's very easy to loose your way in this industry so I am determined that it won't change me" The sexy photo shoot included pin-up style poses with grand bedroom backdrops and four poster beds. A more conservative approach was preferred outdoors graced with landscaped parkland and colourful gardens and woods.
