Beauty Pageant 1st runner up and Miss Charity, Rebecca Jane Richardson has been sensationally handed the Miss Colchester title after winner Chelsea Clarke voluntarily opted out. Chelsea is currently a musical theater student and the main star in her final performance which clashed with the pageant semi finals, it was inevitable someone had to take her place to allow her to pursue her theatrical future. Rebecca Richardson is coincidentally a former theater student as well and so what has been hailed as, the drama queen swop shock, was set into motion.
