The Regal Experience Group presented a Marilyn Monroe tribute show on Sunday 5th September 2.30pm at the Old Wymondham Regal cinema. The main feature was Niagara an excellent suspense thriller shot in breathtaking locations in 1952. In the movie Marilyn sizzles with sex appeal and is the nymphomaniac wife of a wizened war veteran, played by Joseph Cotton.


Personality girl, film star and model Melita Morgan, who has played both Marilyn and Madonna in cabaret, publicity shoots and movies all over the world, made a personal appearance. Among her film credits is the Hollywood-produced Mister Lonely (2007) directed by the great Harmony Korine, for which she attended the launch at the Cannes Film Festival and the London premiere.


A special big screen debut of one of Melita's earlier music videos was also featured. Sha na na was filmed in Norwich where Melita portrayed Marilyn Monroe and starred along side, Andreas Yiasimi, lead man from world music band, The Constantia Brothers.
